Main duties of the job

No prior care experience or qualifications are required; just a caring nature and the right attitude. The salary is up to £13.40 an hour, with mileage paid at 32p per mile. Applicants must have a full UK driving licence and a minimum of 12 months remaining on their right to work in the UK. The Role of a Home Carer:

Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
Helping with medication

About you:Above all, were looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others.You dont need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.

Youll bring:

A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset
A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
A full UK driving licence
Flexibility to work alternating weekends
