Main duties of the job
Join Agincare as a Home Care Assistant and help change lives, including your own. As a Care Assistant, you'll support people to remain independent and comfortable in their homes by providing personal care, assistance with everyday tasks, and offering comfort and reassurance. Agincare provides fully funded professional training and career development. You can earn up to £14.00 per hour and receive Blue Light discounts along with a pension scheme. No experience is necessary, and Agincare encourages applications from individuals of all backgrounds. As a signatory of the Care Leaver Covenant, they are committed to supporting care leavers with guaranteed interviews or informal career conversations.
