We are currently seeking a Care Support Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team, supporting a client based in London, KT3 area.

About the Role

As a Care Support Assistant, you will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care. After training is completed, you will receive a competitive rate of pay of 17.49 per hour.

This position involves 18 hours per week, including day shifts:

Monday 12pm-6pm

Tuesday 12pm-6pm

Wednesday 12pm-6pm

Main duties of the job

Your Responsibilities as a Care Support Assistant

Assistance with ventilation.

Assisting clients in their daily routines, encouraging independence wherever possible.

Providing companionship and emotional support.

Helping with household tasks and meal preparation.

Supporting clients to attend appointments and community activities.

Administering medication when required.

What Were Looking For

To be successful as a Care Support Assistant, youll need:

A caring and empathetic nature

Good communication skills

A genuine desire to support others

Basic IT and record-keeping skills

A full UK driving licence is advantageous

Previous experience is helpful but not essential full training provided
