We are looking for an Administrator to join our friendly team withinthe Oxfordshire Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team.

The Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHTT) is a fast-paced, 24/7 service providing urgent mental health assessment and intensive home treatment as an alternative to hospital admission. As a Band 3 Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the multidisciplinary team by delivering high-quality administrative and operational support that enables the safe and effective delivery of patient care.

This is a full time post 37.5 hours per week worked over a range of shifts of 08:00am-16:00pm, 09:0am-17:00 and 1000-1800

Main duties of the job

  • Provide a comprehensive range of administrative services to support the effective operation of the department.Undertake routine office duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, document preparation and record management.
  • Monitor and order stationery, office supplies and other consumables within agreed processes.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including post and electronic communications, ensuring timely action and distribution.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based records in accordance with Trust policies and information governance requirements.
