Job summary

Working with our People teams, you'll help create a fair and inclusive workplace where every colleague feels valued. You'll support staff networks, leaders and teams across City Health Care Partnership CIC, helping diverse voices shape how we work. Your contribution will strengthen colleague experience and support excellent patient care

Main duties of the job

What you'll do:

  • Lead projects that improve workplace culture, inclusion and colleague engagement
  • Support staff networks and coordinate inclusion and awareness events
  • Advise managers on equality law, inclusive practice and sensitive workforce matters
  • Design and deliver training, workshops and team development sessions
  • Use workforce data and feedback to identify gaps and measure progress

What we're looking for:

You'll have a relevant Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience, alongside evidence of continued professional development. You'll understand the Equality Act 2010 and the principles of Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement (FREDIE).

We welcome experience gained from different sectors. You'll be a clear communicator who can build trust, influence others and manage projects across a complex organisation. Experience of advising managers, supporting change and supervising colleagues is essential.
