What youll be doing

  • Producing detailed variance analysis and clear explanations for performance movements
  • Preparing monthly financial performance reports, KPIs, and adhoc analysis for senior stakeholders
  • Supporting and mentoring junior accounting staff, helping to develop capability and best practice
  • Collaborating with department heads on budgeting and forecasting aligned to strategic goals
  • Monitoring business costs and identifying opportunities to improve financial performance
  • Ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal processes
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting continuous improvement across systems, processes, and reporting

What were looking for

  • Fully qualified ACCA, ACA, or CIMA
  • 23 years experience in management accounting
  • Experience in a senior or supervisory role
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency with financial systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills
  • Confident communicator able to present financial information to nonfinancial colleagues
  • Highly organised, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • A collaborative, professional approach and commitment to high standards
