Job summary

Outpatient Booking Services have an exciting opportunity to appoint a dedicated and methodical individual into the role of e-Referrals Compliance Officer, who will provide support in ensuring the Trust's efficient and effective use of the national e-Referrals System (eRS).

All GP referrals and advice & guidance requests into the organisation are managed through the eRS platform and the efficiency of the system is critical to the successful management of elective patient activity.

The post-holder will need to be able to work in a calm, logical and methodical way, with the ability to multi-task whilst dealing with frequent interruptions.

You must be confident, diplomatic and able to work in a busy environment. You must possess excellent communication skills and a pleasant disposition, with the ability to be responsive to individual and Trust demands.

This post is working full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm from Pydar House in Truro.

Main duties of the job

The post-holder will be a point of contact for both administrative and clinical staff for assistance, advice and support, ensuring prompt action to resolve the concerns pertaining to eRS.

The post holder is expected to deliver the eRS training programme across Divisions.

This post is working full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30om from Pydar House in Truro.
