Job summary

This is NOT a fully remote position. Following completion of training, you will be required to work from the office three days per week and remotely two days per week. The role operates on a five-day work schedule within a seven-day service, which may include occasional weekend work.

Were looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Patient Liaison Officer (PLO) to join our growingADHD Assessment Serviceteam. Youll play a vital role in delivering a smooth, supportive experience for patients from referral through to assessment, treatment, and aftercare.

As the first point of contact for patients, clinicians, GPs, and internal teams, youll ensure the highest standard of communication and coordination helping people feel informed, reassured, and well cared for throughout their journey with us.

About the Role

As aPatient Liaison Officer, you will:

• Manage referrals via e-RS and email, ensuring complete and accurate patient onboarding
• Coordinate triage calls, assessments, and follow-up appointments
• Provide technical and administrative support during virtual consultations
• Process and distribute clinical reports using EMIS and Hero Health
• Support titration scheduling, liaise with GPs, and manage aftercare communications
• Be the first point of contact for patient queries, offering clear, compassionate guidance
