Job summary

We are pleased to advertise a vacancy for a full time, Band 8b Property Strategy and Utilisation Lead - Oldham & HMR.

You will provide strategic support and operational leadership to a portfolio of properties in Oldham and Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale (HMR).

The role aims to ensure that local properties support neighbourhood health services by providing safe, fit-for-purpose accommodation and optimal space use.

Main duties of the job

Core responsibilities include contributing to strategy and master planning, shaping business cases, overseeing the property portfolio and ensuring it is value for money, relationship building with partner public sector organisations, and compliance and assurance.
