Main duties of the job

Join our Wareham service as a Waking Night Support Worker and contribute to helping individuals with learning disabilities live more independently. You'll build meaningful connections by assisting with personal care, daily routines, and community engagement. Were looking for:

• A calm, patient and caring approach with the willingness to learn and build trust
• Experienced required

• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK

Who youll supportYoull be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Wareham service to thrive and live as independently as possible. Youll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

Youll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.

Your role:

• Provide person-centred support and personal care
