We are looking for outstanding Bank Support Workers with a passion for delivering excellent care.
You'll have the opportunity to work bank shifts at Broughton Lodge. This is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and a learning disability who may present with behaviours that may be of concern.
Working shift pattern
Days - 8am until 8pm
Nights - 8pm until 8am
We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration. On site we have a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) who assist and support us to provide outcome based care and support pathways.

Your day-to-day
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical & welfare needs
- Report on medical & welfare needs as required
