Safety and Risk Manager

Grade 13 £56,293 per annum

We’re looking for an experienced safety and risk professional to lead our health and safety function and oversee organisational risk management and business continuity across the Service.

You’ll hold a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent and be a Chartered Member of IOSH, or working towards chartered status. You’ll provide expert advice, support and assurance to help maintain legal compliance, strengthen organisational resilience and embed a positive safety and risk culture.

The Safety and Risk Manager will lead and coordinate the Service’s health and safety, organisational risk and business continuity arrangements, ensuring legal compliance, effective assurance and continuous improvement.

The post is located at Service Headquarters, Shrewsbury, providing free on-site parking. The role also includes the following benefits:
