Operations LeadGP Practice

We are looking for a  GP Practice Operations Lead,  responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the practice, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and efficient primary care services. The post holder will lead and support administrative and reception teams, oversee practice systems and processes, manage operational performance, and work closely with the Business Manager, Partners, and wider clinical team to achieve organisational objectives.

The role focuses on maintaining high standards of patient service, ensuring compliance with NHS and regulatory requirements, supporting workforce management, and driving continuous improvement across all areas of practice operations. The Operations Lead will play a key role in service development, capacity planning, patient access, quality improvement initiatives, and the implementation of new processes and technologies along with becoming the complaints lead for the practice.
