• Provide high-quality same-day and acute patient assessments
• Diagnose and manage a range of acute presentations
• Prescribe independently
• Work closely with GP and nurses
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Deliver safe, evidence-based care
• Contribute to smooth daily flow within acute clinics

Requirements

• QualifiedACP, ANP and advanced Paramedic
• Independent Prescriber
• Experience working in GP or primary care settings
• Confident managing acute, undifferentiated presentations
• Comfortable working autonomously

Were looking for an experiencedACP, ANP and Advanced Paramedicsto join a well-established GP surgery in Halifax, working within theirSame Day / Acute Care clinics. This is a steady block booking ideal for clinicians wanting consistent hours and a supportive environment.

Youll be assessing, diagnosing, treating, and prescribing for patients presenting with same-day and acute conditions. Youll work autonomously but also as part of a friendly, collaborative practice team.
