Job summary

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated salaried GP for 4-6 sessions per week

GMS practice with 11,300 patients

Currently 3 GP partners and 3 salaried GPs

2 ANP and 1 Nurse Practitioners

Supportive Management Team

Excellent Nurse Specialist Team (6 nurses and 3 HCAs) along with supportive Admin and Reception teams

High QOF achievement

Good CQC rating

Daily team catch up meeting

Above average remuneration

6 weeks annual leave plus one week study leave (pro rata)

You will be well supported and we welcome and encourage specialist interests. We are willing to wait for the right candidate to join our well established and effective team

Main duties of the job

Patient clinics 10 min appointments

Rota based Duty GP sessions

Admin

Blood and Radiology Results

Attend any practice meetings required

Job description

A Salaried GP works as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care while complying with the contract.

Furthermore, the post-holder will adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the effective management of the practice, leading by example, maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.

The role is to support, mentor, and supervise other healthcare professionals within the organisation and be an integral part of the general practice team.

Croft Medical Centre is part of the North Solihull Primary Care Network and works collaboratively alongside 4 other practices in the area. The clinical team consists of 3 GP Partners, 3 salaried GP's, 3 Nurse Practitioners, 6 Nurses and 2 HCA's.
