Bank Scrub Practitioner (ODP/Nurse) Spire Alexandra Hospital, Chatham Bank Contract | Flexible Working | Competitive Rates Spire Alexandra Hospital is looking for an experienced Scrub Practitioner (ODP or Registered Nurse) with strong orthopaedic theatre experience to join our welcoming and supportive theatre team on a bank basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled theatre professional who has experience supporting Total Hip Replacement (THR) and Total Knee Replacement (TKR) procedures and enjoys delivering outstanding patient care in a modern private healthcare environment. About Us Spire Alexandra Hospital provides high-quality private healthcare to patients across Medway, Kent, and the South East. Our hospital features two fully equipped operating theatres, supported by a dedicated recovery unit and 24-hour care facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality scrub support across a range of consultant-led procedures.
• Assist with orthopaedic, cosmetic, gynaecology and ENT surgeries.
• Assess and monitor patients throughout their perioperative journey.
• Deliver safe, effective patient care and contribute to positive clinical outcomes.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary theatre team.

What We're Looking For

• Registered Nurse (NMC) or Operating Department Practitioner (HCPC).
• Current NMC or HCPC registration with no restrictions.
• Previous experience working within a theatre or surgical environment.
• Strong orthopaedic scrub experience.
• Confident supporting THR and TKR procedures.
• A proactive, motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced theatre setting.
