Job summary
Working differently. Changing lives.
The East Sussex Community MSK Persistent Pain Service hopes to transform how persistent pain is understood and supported.
We believe people are experts in their own lives. Rather than taking control, we work alongside them to build understanding, confidence and the skills to live well despite ongoing symptoms. This is not a traditional outpatient pain service.
We value curiosity, coaching, partnership and prevention.
If you are excited by working differently, building something new and shaping the future of community persistent pain care, we would love to hear from you.
We welcome applicants with experience in specialist assessment, formulation and intervention, including the delivery of pain management programmes for people living with persistent pain.

The post-holder will work as an autonomous practitioner within professional guidelines and organisational policies and procedures. They will contribute to multidisciplinary assessment and treatment planning, provide consultation to colleagues, support service development and resilience, and participate in audit and continuous quality improvement activities.
