Job summary

We are looking for a Junior IT Project Manager to join our team!   Practice Plus Group is the UKs leading independent provider of NHS services to patient in Secure Environments prisons, immigration removal centres (IRCs) and non-custodial services, and Integrated Urgent Care - NHS 111, Out-of-Hours (OOH) and Clinical Assessment Centres (CAS).   Hours: This is a full time role - working 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday: core office hours   Salary: You'll recieve an annual salary up to £38,000 depending on expereince   Location: Cholchester Office - Brunel Court  Hybrid working (after probationary period) & National travel required - dependent on projects   How will we support you?

Main duties of the job

As our new Junior IT Project Manager , some of your duties will include:

• Support  the wider IT Service Delivery Team in coordinating, tracking and documenting Project Management activity - while ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 20000
• Ensure operational readiness (OR) and service transition plans (documentation, training, support models, SLAs).
• Conduct Project status reports and post-implementation review as required.
• Maintain accurate and up to date Project Plans
• Maintain process documentation: policies and procedures where applicable
• Own reports; present status reports as required

As our new Junior IT Project Manager , you will:

• ITIL 4 Foundation or above, ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation or above, PRINCE2 - preffered
• Strong expereince in Microsoft 365
• Core PM Basics: Understanding project phases, note-taking, task tracking, and stakeholder communication
• Ownership & accountability; calm under pressure and adept at decision-making.
• Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of Sharepoint site structure, permissions and content management concepts
