The Governing Body of Nant Celyn Primary School wish to offer a Temporary contract for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant. The successful applicants will have a passion for learning and for supporting children. We are looking for someone who ideally has sound, robust experience and who demonstrates an understanding of early child development.

- Have a sound knowledge of safeguarding principles;
- An ability to form excellent relationships with children and their families.
- Have a demonstrable history of having an impact on children’s learning
- Have a demonstrable history of providing high-quality intervention
- Are ready and able to step in to offer short term cover in one of their assigned classes if necessary.
- Have the skills and knowledge to effectively plan and deliver intervention for their assigned classes.
- Are a keen and active member of the school community who relish opportunities to be involved in the life of the school outside of the classroom.
- Are committed to attending professional learning opportunities and professional learning/ staff meetings.
