The Trust has recently seen the introduction of a dedicated Acute Frailty Unit which is supported by both acute, community and social care multi-disciplinary teams. Care of the Older Person services include Parkinson's Disease, Ortho geriatrics and Older Adult Mental Health in-reach. The Trust has seen significant developments in its Emergency Department and Medical Assessment Centre (MAC).
