This approach should reinforce the provision of a clean and healthy environment in which our residents are valued, respected, and retain their individualism and dignity. You will continually assess the domestic needs of all residents. Through the adherence to all policies and procedures you and your colleagues will ensure delivery of the highest standards that make a true difference to each of our residents, contributing to the ongoing fulfilment of their lives.
