An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Staff Nurse to join our dedicated team on Juniper Ward, an acute adult inpatient mental health ward providing assessment, treatment, and recovery-focused care for individuals experiencing acute mental health difficulties.

We are looking for enthusiastic and caring nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting individuals through their recovery journey.

About Juniper Ward

Juniper Ward provides assessment and treatment for adults experiencing acute mental health needs within a safe and therapeutic environment. We are proud of being caring, competent and compassionate, with patients at the heart of what we do. We aim to provide high quality, safe services which improve the health, well-being and independence of the people within our locality.

We are looking for motivated nurses to join our team. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of care. You will be able to demonstrate a real enthusiasm for mental health nursing, as well as a desire for on-going professional development.

You will receive excellent training and opportunities for development, clinical supervision and appraisal. We also offer our staff training packages, development and leadership pathways and a comprehensive preceptorship program for those who are newly qualified.
