We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Practice Manager to join our team at Town Medical Centre. This vital role supports the Practice Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining high standards of patient care. Responsibilities

Assist the Practice Manager in managing daily administrative and clinical operations.
Supervise staff performance and support human resources functions..
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and practice policies.
Support initiatives to improve patient experience and service quality.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth clinic workflows.
Contribute to strategic planning and practice development activities.
Proven supervising experience within a healthcare or similar environment.
Strong management skills with a focus on team leadership.
Knowledge of human resources practices.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with clinical staff and external partners.
Previous experience in a general practice or community health setting is desirable.
