Family NavigatorCouncil

Based in Cornwall's Best Start in Life Family Hubs, Family Navigator's will provide a welcoming, accessible and relationship-based point of contact for families with children from pre-birth to 19 years, or up to 25 years where a young person has Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. The role will support families to understand and access the right help at the right time through Cornwall’s Best Start in Life, Family Hub network, digital offer, outreach activity and wider support system.
