Blossom Health Gosport is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive clinical team for 4 sessions per week, working as a dedicated Triage GP on Wednesdays and Fridays alongside our experienced  ANP team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a GP who enjoys acute and same-day care, thrives in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, and wants to make a real difference to patient care whilst maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

About Us

Blossom Health Gosport is an innovative and growing practice serving patients across our sites in Gosport. We are committed to delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare whilst supporting the wellbeing and development of our staff.

Our multidisciplinary team includes GPs, ANPs, clinical pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, nurses, HCAs, care coordinators, social prescribers and a dedicated administration team, all working together to provide excellent patient care.

The Role

We are looking for a Salaried GP to undertake four sessions per week, working:

• Wednesday AM & PM
• Friday AM & PM

The role will primarily focus on:

• Telephone and digital triage
• Assessment and management of acute presentations
• Same-day appointments where clinically indicated
• Clinical decision making and care navigation
• Supporting the wider clinical team with urgent patient queries

This role is ideal for a GP who enjoys the variety and pace of same-day care whilst working within a supportive team environment.

About You

We are looking for a GP who:

• Is fully registered with the GMC and included on the GP Register
• Holds a licence to practise
• Has excellent communication and consultation skills
• Is confident managing acute and urgent presentations
• Works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Is committed to providing high-quality patient-centred care

Previous experience within Primary Care is essential.
