Main duties of the job

As a Bank Staff Nurse at Elysium Healthcare, you are given the opportunity to control your own work schedule, allowing you to work when you want. This temporary position offers an hourly rate of £18.63 along with a holiday uplift of 12.07%. New nurses will partake in a two-week paid induction to familiarize themselves with Barnet Lane Clinic. Shifts can be scheduled easily through an app, providing flexibility around your lifestyle. The position may include weekdays, nights, and weekend shifts. What you will be doing:

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) you will ensure people with complex needs receive high-quality care, while supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork.

The service operates 24/7 with 12.5 hour standard shifts. As a nurse on our bank you’ll be on a zero hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose which shifts you want to work each week.

Barnet Lane’s Complex Care and Recovery Service (CCRS) is a highly specialised, bespoke inpatient adult service designed to support individuals whose needs exceed the scope of traditional inpatient service models. The service specialises in treating patients who have experienced multiple or prolonged admissions, stalled discharge pathways, or who have been unable to progress within conventional care environments.
