Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time, Clinical Lead within our inpatient services in Health and Justice.
The successful post holder will work at Langley which is a locked forensic rehabilitation ward. The successful candidate will work as part of the multi-disciplinary team supporting the care delivered to patients with learning disabilities and/or autism.
This role is part of exciting new developments in the service, and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to help influence service development as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
Candidate must have 18 months post qualifying experience including sign off of appropriate preceptorship or competency framework at the point of application.

Main duties of the job
The successful post holder will provide clinical leadership to support the Team Manager, as well as providing clinical oversight. You will be responsible for roster management, care planning, quality improvement along with training and development needs.
In addition to this, the post holder will provide clinical supervision, mentorship and guidance to less experienced staff and students.
The successful post holder will also be expected to work flexibly over a 7-day week across a 24hour period as per clinical requirements.
