HR Business Partner Manager - Internal OnlyCouncil

37 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking HR leader to manage and continually develop our HR Business Partner service. This is a key role within the HR & Organisational Development Management Team, providing strategic and operational leadership across employee relations, performance, organisational change, learning, leadership and organisational development.

You will lead a professional team that supports managers and headteachers to meet current and future workforce challenges. Working across the Council, you will build trusted relationships, shape practical people solutions and help ensure that HR/OD services are responsive, consistent and focused on improving organisational performance.

Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.

The council’s Hybrid Working Policy applies to this post. This provides a framework for establishing how you will undertake working hours between your home and the office.
