If you're someone who thrives in a calm and focused environment, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join Blaenau Gwent’s first-ever Children’s Residential Home as a Waking Nights Children’s Residential Worker. Help create a nurturing and secure space where children can rest and feel safe— knowing that you’re there to support them through the night.

About the Role

You bring with you a deep sense of responsibility and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Whether it’s handling a late-night emergency or simply being there for a child who needs reassurance, you know how to handle challenging situations with care and professionalism.
