Job summary
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic experienced Qualified Emergency Nurse/Clinical Practitioners to join our team.You will be an excellent communicator with both adults and children and have demonstrable experience in the emergency setting. You will be expected to deliver high quality care, be able to work autonomously and promote and maintain high standards of nursing care within the current service. You will be actively involved in shaping the future of the Royal London Emergency Department. In return we offer an opportunity to develop professionally within the team, supported by a practice development nurse, senior nurses and a team of Emergency Nurse/clinical Practitioners with vast experience, where you will be encouraged to expand your clinical, management and leadership skills.

Main duties of the job
Leads by example as an experienced Senior Nurse/ allied health professional providing organisation and leadership to the multi-disciplinary team.To provide the highest standard of individualised and holistic patient care, in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team.Working autonomously, within scope of practice, and develop care plan for patients presenting to ED and MIU with undifferentiated minor injuries.Facilitates and provides education, expertise and mentorship to peers and other members of staff (nursing and medical teams).Ensures working relationships are upheld with other healthcare professionals, internal and external, to the working environment.
