We're currently looking for enthusiastic and organised individuals to join our team as Support Secretaries, with opportunities available in the following areas:
Urology 37.5 hours per week, permanent contractIntensive Care Unit, 15 hours per week, permanent contractCardiology, 28.5 hours per week, permanent contractBreast Surgery, 37.5 hours per week, permanent contract

Main duties of the job
To provide an efficient and effective typing and administration function to the team. The post requires fast and accurate audio typing skills, and a sound knowledge of medical terminology.
Good communication, organisational skills, and previous secretarial experience is essential as is experience of dealing with sensitive information. Knowledge of medical terminology and previous experience using hospital based IT systems such as Solventum, Meditech Expanse and Electronic Patient Records will be advantageous.

For Graduate visa holders; it is important to note that you must have a minimum of 12 months before this expires at the start of your employment for training and operational reasons.
