Are you passionate about bridging the gap between clinical excellence and academic innovation?We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to join our team as a Research delivery team leader. In this pivotal role, you will act as the vital link between Oxford Health and the University Department of Psychiatry, and the wider research community.
You won't just be managing a list of studies; you will be the engine driving our research growth and ensuring that the voices of patients and the public are at the heart of everything we do.
Main duties of the job
- Staff Management
- Policy/Strategy Responsibility
- Budget/Resource/Finance Management
- Records/Data Management
- To adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) E6(R3) Research Governance Framework, national and local practices and policies.
- Case/Patient Management
- Audit/Inspections
- Support the development and delivery of a comprehensive range of training and education opportunities for staff, service users, and students where required.
- To provide cross-cover, and work collaboratively, with other RDT Leads to deliver research and assist with clinical trials, as required by the needs of the organisation.
