An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Trust as a locum Consultant Medical Oncologist 1 year Maternity cover for breast and lung cancer .

There are chemotherapy infusion suites to treat cancer patients at The Royal Free, Finchley Memorial, North Middlesex and Chase Farm health units whilst radiotherapy is delivered at the Royal Free and North Middlesex health units.

The Trust is one of the highest volume providers of breast and lung cancer care within London.

Main duties of the job

The post-holder will join the oncology team at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust (RFL) as an 8PAlocum consultant in breast and lung cancer. The post will be working at The Royal Free and Barnet healthunits. The successful candidate will join an existing multi-disciplinary team in breast and lung cancer. The post holder will support the delivery of systemic therapy in breast cancer at Royal Free and lung cancer at Barnethospital. Additionally, the position had the opportunity to lead the AOS service at Barnet hospital.
