<p><strong>Make a Real Difference in Respiratory Care</strong></p><p>Every day, you will help people with respiratory conditions live more independently, recover safely following hospital admission, and receive expert care closer to home. This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated community respiratory team while making a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and their families across Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire.</p><p>As our <strong>Band 7 Respiratory Clinical Team Manager</strong>, you will support the Community Specialist Respiratory Team providing specialist assessment, treatment and management of patients with respiratory conditions in community settings. You will play a key role in delivering services including COPD admission avoidance and recovery support, oxygen assessment and prescribing, and pulmonary rehabilitation programmes.</p><p>Alongside your clinical responsibilities, you will work closely with the Specialist Services Manager to support service delivery, workforce development, quality improvement and patient safety, helping to ensure the service continues to deliver excellent care across the locality.</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Orbital Shopping Park Thamesdown Drive, Priory Vale, Swindon, SN25 4AN</p><p><strong>Hours: </strong>34 hours per week</p><h4>Package Description</h4><p>As a Respi
