Job summary
Are you an experienced Receptionist/Clinical Administrator who is friendly, enthusiastic, forward thinking and works well within a team? Marston Forest Healthcare in Bedfordshire are looking for a highly motivated Clinical Administrator to join our team.
To provide non-clinical and clinical admin support to the Administration and Practice Management Teams, Doctors and Health Professionals, which includes reception duties and admin duties. Candidates will have the initiative and take responsibility for daily decision making; have an innovative approach to problem solving and developing services; ensure effective and efficient delivery of services to meet service demands. In addition the post-holder will be required to prepare and attend meetings as required, and work flexibly to meet departmental and service needs.
Main duties of the job
As a Clinical Administrator you will have the ability to work within a team, have strong communication skills by phone and face to face, be flexible, positive and calm under pressure. As an organisation we have ambitious plans for the future and are proactive in supporting individuals to develop portfolio careers.
Job description
The job description is attached, and the pay scale is based on full time hours of 37.5 per week. We are seeking a full time candidate, and expectations can be discussed in depth at the interview. The ideal candidate will have clear and effective communication and organisation skills, which will come naturally to them whilst supporting colleagues in the delivery of an outstanding patient experience. Having evidence of delivering a high level of customer care to patients will be vital in supporting the business in achieving its objectives.
