We are seeking an Interim Financial Controller for 6 months,someone who aligns to our values and demonstrates excellent communication and analytical skills, being committed to supporting the strategic ambitions of two hospices through accurate forecasting and modelling techniques.
This role is advertised on a rolling basis and therefore may close at any time.

The Financial Controller will be responsible for building strong relationships, providing robust and accurate financial forecasting and budgeting data with appropriate analysis to support the Finance Director, Senior Management Team and Board of Trustees in decision making processes and assurance of future sustainability.
Job description
Interim Financial Controller role will involve:
- Manage and develop the Finance Team delivering a first-class service to all stakeholders
- To build strong relationships with external stakeholders
- Support the Director of Finance & IT in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing analysis as required
- Responsible for the production of accurate and timely management accounts and cashflow
The Role:
This post is offered on a 6 month interim basis, working 37.5 hours per week. Our full time hours are 37.5 hours per week, worked 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
At St Catherine's we offer work from home opportunities, however, this is adaptable depending on business need and regular onsite presence is required.
