<p>We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic qualified GP to join our friendly, supportive and proactive practice, in a Salaried Position.</p>

<p><strong>About Us</strong></p>

<p>The practice is located in Welton, a thriving village just five miles north of the beautiful and historic city of Lincoln. The area benefits from excellent primary and secondary schools, including highly regarded grammar schools. Welton continues to expand and offers a wide range of local amenities.</p>

<ul>

<li>We have an experienced clinical team comprising of three GP Partners, two Salaried GPs and one Advanced Nurse Practitioner, supported by excellent nursing, administrative, dispensing and reception teams.</li>

<li>Our current list size is approximately 9,800 patients, with dispensing services provided to around one-third of the practice population.</li>

<li>We hold a GMS contract, are rated &#8216;Good&#8217; by CQC, and consistently achieve high QOF performance.</li>

<li>We use SystmOne as our clinical system and have embraced a largely paper-light working environment, supported by an internal practice intranet.</li>

<li>We utilize Accurx for patient communications and operate a total triage model.</li>

<li>We are active members of the IMP GP Federation and our local Primary Care Network, working closely with eight neighboring practices.</li>

<li>We benefit from a wide multidisciplinary team, including on-site Physiotherapy and MSK Practitioners, Mental Health Nurses, Midwifery services, joint injection clinics, anticoagulation clinics, nurse-led chronic disease management clinics and virtual Clinical Pharmacists.</li>

<li>We regularly host medical students and enjoy supporting the development of future healthcare professionals.</li>

<li>Daily coffee-break meetings provide an opportunity for clinical discussion, peer support and team engagement.</li>

<li>Our purpose-built extension was completed in 2022, providing modern and spacious facilities for both patients and staff.</li>
