Speak with the hiring manager about the range of flexible working options available for this role.

About the Role

Trafford Council is proud to be part of the Greater Manchester Empty Homes and Leasing Programme, a collaborative initiative focused on bringing vacant properties back into meaningful use for local people. We are looking to recruit a motivated Surveyor who will play a key role in securing 16 properties across Trafford for use as Temporary Accommodation.

In this role, you will use empty homes intelligence to identify suitable properties, meet with owners, assess condition and repair needs, and negotiate agreements that support the programme’s goals.
