Were looking for candidates with at least 12 months right to work in the UK, holding a Level 2 in Health & Social Care or working towards Level 3. The role requires working 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends. Experience as a senior and in administering medication is essential. Responsibilities include delivering and leading high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents with personal care, administering medication safely, contributing to care plans, leading activities and outings, and supporting and guiding team members.
