Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Mental Health Care Division Admin and Clerical team as a Band 3 Administrator.

This post will work 37.5 hours per week, supporting Mental Health Services - St Helens.

The successful post holder will support Mental Health Care Admin Hub and the reception function, within St Helens.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will have excellent communication and organisational skills.

Typing/WP ordemonstrableexperience is essential.

Successful applicants will be able to organise their own workload and co-ordinate activities with other administration staff in the team. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly telephone manner.

There is a need to be able to work to tight deadlines and withstand the pressure of a busy department and it is essential that you are able to work on your own initiative.
