Job Title: Service Manager - Maternity, Obstetrics & Neonates - Barnet Site (Maternity Cover)

Duration: Fixed-Term (12 Months / 1 Year Maternity Cover)

Working Pattern: Full-time

Main duties of the job

Operational Leadership: Oversee daily team operations, ensuring continuous service delivery and high-quality care or performance standards.

Line Management: Provide direct supervision, development, and support to team staff throughout the fixed-term period.

Strategic & Operational Planning: Help implement departmental objectives and contribute to strategic priorities.

Governance & Quality: Maintain compliance with organisational standards, auditing protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Key Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage resource allocation and process improvements.
