Main duties of the job

To supervise and coordinate the day-to-day provision of the Trust's Portering & Security Services, ensuring a safe, responsive and effective and patient-focused service is delivered at all times.

The post holder will provide operational leadership for Portering & Security staff, ensuring appropriate deployment of resources, maintenance of service standards, compliance with Trust policies and procedures, and effective management of staff performance, attendance, training and development.
