Are you an experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful difference in end-of-life care?

AHP Suffolk CIC, in partnership with St Nicholas Hospice Care, is seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team supporting people receiving palliative and end-of-life care.

This is a unique opportunity to work across the community and hospice setting, helping patients live independently, comfortably, and meaningfully.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver specialist, holistic palliative care to people with complex needs at the end of life. You will support patients to maintain independence, maximise quality of life and focus on what matters most to them. Working closely with families, carers and colleagues across the hospice, you will help people navigate the challenges of living with a life-limiting illness, dying and bereavement with compassion, dignity and respect in line withour values of compassion, dignity, person-centred care and quality of life.

This vacancy is 0.8 - 1 FTE.

We have developed and run U Refer, a successful web-based self-referral platform, and single point of referral for secondary care, and offer virtual and face to face clinical appointments, exercise classes and 121 rehabilitation.
