Main duties of the job

Join our Chard service as a Support Worker and help individuals build confidence, independence, and joy. Every day is different, providing everyday support, enjoying visits to local hospitality spots, or joining holiday adventures. Youll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.

Your role:

• Provide person-centred support and personal care

• Follow care plans and maintain accurate records
• Promote independence, safety, and wellbeing
