Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Physiotherapy Rotational Programme at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and skilled Physiotherapists to join our Band 5 rotational scheme and become part of one of the largest and most diverse teaching hospital trusts in the UK. Our rotational programme offers the opportunity to gain experience across a wide range of clinical specialties, enabling you to develop a broad and varied skill set while building confidence and expertise in your clinical practice. You will work alongside experienced Physiotherapists, Therapy Support Workers and multidisciplinary colleagues, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across a variety of inpatient, outpatient and specialist services. You will have access to supervision, training and professional development opportunities to help you develop your clinical knowledge, confidence and career progression. Working patterns vary across teams and services and may include evenings, weekends and participation in seven-day working arrangements. All rotational Band 5 Physiotherapists will be expected to join the respiratory on-call rota once the required competencies have been achieved. Main duties of the job

We are looking for individuals who are: Qualified Physiotherapists with HCPC registration Enthusiastic, self-motivated and committed to delivering high-quality patient care. Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills. Organised and able to prioritise their workload effectively. Committed to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development. Flexible and adaptable to working across a variety of clinical settings. Passionate about rehabilitation and improving patient outcomes. Keen to contribute to service improvement, audit and quality initiatives. Able to demonstrate professionalism, compassion and a positive attitude in all aspects of their work.
