Capital Programme Analyst - Grade 7University

Hours of work: Full-time - 35 hours per week

Hybrid working: 2 days/week on Campus or minimum requirement of 40% on Campus, with 60% considered desirable where possible

The Property & Campus Services department of the University is looking to recruit a Capital Programme Analyst to join the Campus Planning & Development Project Management Office.

This role will support the delivery of a continuous programme of building projects and estate improvements. You will develop and implement frameworks, tools, and processes to monitor programme performance, manage stage gates, track benefits realisation, and support effective stakeholder engagement.

Working closely with programme and project leads, you will coordinate governance activity, maintain reporting systems, and support business case development to ensure projects align with strategic objectives. You will analyse and present project data, manage risk and issue tracking, and contribute to improving processes and performance reporting.

You will act as a central point of contact within the PMO, building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in a project or programme environment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex information into clear insights.

The role reports to the Programme Office Manager and forms part of a collaborative PMO team delivering improvements across a diverse estate.
