Working alongside the Project Manager, Project Team and a wide range of stakeholders, you'll help coordinate the successful implementation of a new CRM platform, supporting multiple workstreams and contributing to one of the University's most significant strategic change projects.
You will
Coordinate project activities and support the delivery of multiple project workstreams across the University.
Maintain key project documentation including project plans, risk registers, action logs and status reports.
Work collaboratively with academic, professional services and digital colleagues to help deliver project milestones and outcomes.
Support stakeholder engagement, communications, workshops and events to ensure colleagues are informed and involved throughout the project lifecycle.
Analyse information, identify issues and risks, and help develop recommendations to support decision-making.
Provide high-quality reporting and governance support to the Project Board and other senior stakeholders.
Contribute to the successful delivery of a strategic digital transformation programme that will benefit students, staff and external partners.
