Devon Lodge is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment, promoting independence and community integration. Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do, based on each persons specific needs.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Providing personcentred, flexible support tailored to each individual
  • Offering emotional and practical guidance to help people thrive
  • Supporting with daily living skills, personal care and wellbeing needs
  • Assisting with medical and welfare requirements
  • Recording and reporting on health, progress and any concerns
  • Safeguarding and promoting the safety and dignity of those in your care
  • Helping maintain a clean, safe and positive environment
