Main duties of the job

As a Healthcare Assistant at Elysium Healthcare, you're part of a supportive team that values, recognises, and supports you in making a positive impact on the lives of those with learning disabilities, autism, and sensory and communication impairments. Working at Asher House in Essex, the role involves participating in ward rounds, analyzing behaviors, updating patient records, and providing necessary support, including personal hygiene care. The challenging but rewarding environment requires resilience, compassion, and a positive attitude, with 12.5-hour shifts over 3-4 days, including nights and weekends.
