Main duties of the job

As a Support Worker at our Trowbridge service, your role is to help individuals with learning disabilities thrive and live as independently as possible. This involves tasks such as personal care, supporting daily routines, facilitating activities, and promoting safety and well-being. You'll work closely with individuals to ensure their care is person-centred, respecting their choices and helping them enjoy life to the fullest. Each day presents diverse opportunities, from everyday support to community outings and new experiences. The position offers a salary of up to £13.20 per hour, a refer a friend bonus, comprehensive training, career development prospects, and more. A calm, patient, and caring approach is essential, along with the ability to work well in a team. While experience is necessary, we're also looking for a UK driving license holder with at least 12 months remaining on their right to work in the UK.
